Melody joined Tri-County Agency in 2010. She is a lifelong resident of Warren County and raised her son as the 6^th generation on their Centennial family farm. She started out servicing commercial policies but as the company evolved so did her role.  Melody is now the agency bookkeeper, administrative assistant, and human resources manager. She also enjoys providing customer support when needed.
